These terms describe the arrangement that would apply once the product is available.

Membership is personal to you. Programs, exercise content and coaching material are provided for your own training and may not be redistributed.

Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

The programs, targets and calorie estimates here are general fitness guidance, not medical advice, and they are not tailored to any medical condition.

Speak to a qualified professional before starting a new program if you have an injury, a health condition, or any doubt about whether an exercise is appropriate for you. Stop if something hurts.
